Too Many Cooks, spoiling the broth?

Couple of days back when i reached Chennai from a family trip, i noticed a new cellular operator did landed from Norway to Chennai during my absence for the past 4 days and that made me say, "Holy cow..!! wat the pie are these guys gonna get from the existing players or is that some one behind the scenes getting benefited?"
We are also now with few days left for the number portability adoption in India, i really doubt on too many operators coming into the grounds. The cellular operators in India are offering too many attractive plans where the subscribers just buy those plans without even knowing their usage, which in turn make them to be a life time prisoner with the operator. 1 paise/second is now the hottest plan amongst most of the operators this looks like an aam aadmi plan, but why wud i choose it whn my current plan charges me only 50p/min?.
SMS - These are becoming another nuisance these days, earlier the SMS were offered free of cost, so we used too many forwarded junk messages from our contact list in the name of jokes, philosophies or wat so ever manner, but now most of the operators charge 50p/SMS, which has really stopped the nuisance fwd msgs from our friends but the operators have also opened doors for the telemarketers to buy bulk contact list from them. In the past, i know my sender & i yell back at him/her to stop the non-sense, now it has become an open door and any dog is let to enter into my privacy where therez no accountability. Whatz TRAI gonna do besides it's NDND registry for these bulk SMS junkers thru the operators and thru some websites? wat will happen to my privacy?
TRAI shud streamline the entry of operators and telecom based msging or calling websites, else the pain wud continue...!
